We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number at signup. We collect the lead list data you upload — this data is processed in your browser and on our servers solely for the purpose of generating your recovery score. We do not sell or share your lead data with any third parties.
For Done For You (DFY) clients, we additionally collect your agency name, National Producer Number (NPN), licensed states, GHL calendar booking link, lead source declaration, consent method, and the electronic signature provided during onboarding. This information is collected for service delivery, TCPA compliance documentation, and legal record-keeping. Electronic signatures are valid under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and UETA. Onboarding records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with our service agreement.
Your contact information is used to deliver your recovery score via text message, send trial reminders, and communicate about your account. Your lead file data is used exclusively to compute your recovery score and is not retained beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
By signing up you consent to receive one text message with your recovery score results. If you subscribe, you consent to receive trial reminders (day 5) and account notifications. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Lead file data is processed securely and not stored permanently after your score is generated.

Insure Leads AI provides a lead recovery scoring tool for mortgage protection insurance agents. We analyze uploaded lead data to estimate recoverable booked appointments and provide AI-generated outreach sequences.
Free accounts receive one lead recovery score including the appointment range and commission estimate. All other features require a paid subscription.
The $29/month DIY plan includes unlimited rescores, full file analysis, priority segments, AI SMS sequences, and dashboard access. Plans are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. We will remind you on day 5 of your trial. You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to your Insure Leads AI number.
DFY clients are required to complete an electronic onboarding agreement before service begins. Electronic signatures provided during onboarding are legally binding under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and UETA. Your typed name, timestamp, and Document ID constitute a valid legal signature. Signed agreements are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
DFY plans require a minimum recovery score of 10 and opted-in lead data. We cannot run SMS outreach on cold or unknown consent data without TCPA violation risk — DFY is therefore restricted to opted-in lists only.
A "booked appointment" is defined as a prospect who confirmed a date and time via an Insure Leads AI SMS conversation and received a calendar invite through our system. Appointments sourced from other channels, vendors, or outreach methods do not count toward our delivery guarantee.
We guarantee delivery of booked appointments equal to the lower number of your estimated score range. Shortfalls roll to the following month at no extra cost. DFY plans do not guarantee show rates or close rates — we deliver booked appointments only.
Score is based on agent-provided survey data. Insure Leads AI is not responsible for delivery shortfalls caused by inaccurate survey responses, including understated contact attempt counts or incorrect consent status.
By enrolling in DFY, you confirm that your lead data was collected with express written consent for SMS contact, and that you accept sole responsibility for TCPA compliance of your data.
You are responsible for ensuring your lead data complies with TCPA regulations. We flag cold/unknown consent data and restrict SMS outreach for those contacts. DFY service is not available for cold data. You agree not to use our service in violation of applicable laws.
